Altnet Partners Limited reduces stake in Zzoomm Group Limited

Altnet Partners Limited has reduced its shareholding in Zzoomm Group Limited by 86 percent, according to a recent confirmation statement (period ending 1 July 2026). The entity decreased its position from 7,175,168,139 shares to 1,036,493,825 shares. Based in London and founded in 2018, Zzoomm Group Limited builds and operates a full fibre broadband network providing ultrafast broadband and IP-based digital voice services to homes and businesses across England.

The filing also confirms the exit of eight shareholders from the cap table. Swing Limited departed after previously holding 3,593,750 shares. Omeshorn Holdings Ltd also exited, having held 3,125,000 shares. Other departures include Zora Investments Limited, which held 1,562,500 shares, and Netwin Investments Inc, which held 1,104,910 shares. Smaller positions were divested by Lab7b GmbH, which held 453,200 shares, and Globalprime Invest S.A., SPF, which held 312,500 shares. MC Financial Services Limited and Streetwise Capital Limited also left the cap table, having previously held 263,392 and 227,678 shares respectively.

Altnet Partners Limited remains on the cap table following the transaction. These movements altered the ownership structure of the telecommunications provider during the reporting period.
