Re:co Insights secures new capital for private market sustainability software

An estimated £132.5k has been raised by Re:co Insights Ltd at an approximate post-money valuation of £11.5m. Based in London, the company delivers tech-powered advisory solutions, including software and SaaS platforms, that help private-market investors and their portfolio companies create value while advancing sustainability.

Incorporated in 2020, the firm addresses the challenge of integrating environmental and social goals into financial growth strategies. Financial records for the year ended 31 December 2025 show the business employed 10 people.

This capital injection represents the total funding raised by the entity during 2026. The share allotment and corresponding filing both took place in July.
