Schroders and 3B Future Health increase stakes in London biotech Epsilogen

Epsilogen Ltd, a London-based developer of immunoglobulin E antibody therapeutics for cancer treatment, has recorded stake increases from three existing institutional investors. Founded in 2016, the company focuses on oncology patients through its research into natural sciences and engineering.

The latest confirmation statement (period ending 13 July 2026) shows that 3B Future Health Fund II S.C.A. SICAV-RAIF increased its holding by 29 percent, moving from 9,003,788 to 11,639,127 shares. This investor is also a shareholder in Neophore Limited. Caribou Property Ltd, which also backs Macomics Ltd, increased its position by 41 percent to 7,236,760 shares. Schroders Capital Global Innovation Trust PLC saw a 54 percent increase, growing its stake from 2,353,419 to 3,618,382 shares. Schroders also holds shares in Freevolt Group Limited, Econic Technologies Ltd, and Atom Holdco PLC.

These changes may signal a recent round involving existing backers. The cap table remains populated by several major life sciences investors. British Patient Capital Limited is the largest shareholder with 17,927,558 shares. Other prominent entities on the register include Novartis Bioventures Ltd with 12,977,491 shares, Epidarex Capital III UK, LP with 11,036,346 shares, and RMG-KB Bioaccess Fund L.P. with 10,304,762 shares. Alsa Ventures I SCSP and BioGeneration Capital Fund IV Cooperatief U.A. also maintain significant holdings of 8,294,024 and 8,152,553 shares respectively.
