Stroud-based Vidabook secures £400k for event management platform

Vidabook Ltd provides a booking system for individuals and organisations to coordinate activities ranging from pottery workshops and yoga classes to networking events and retreats. This platform simplifies the administration of clubs and gatherings for hosts who require a streamlined method for handling lessons without a dedicated website or monthly subscription fees.

A recent funding round resulted in the Stroud-based business and domestic software developer securing an estimated £400k. This capital injection brings the total funding raised by the firm across 2026 to that amount, following an initial £119.8k generated during its first year of operation.

The company reached an estimated post-money valuation of £20.1m following the close of the current round. Incorporation took place in June 2025. Formal documentation for the new shares was filed this month (following an allotment date in April).
