A post-money valuation of £133.3k has been established for Lightr Lighting Design Limited following its latest funding round. The company, which operates from Kingston Upon Thames, secured £100k in this capital raise to support its activities in the specialised design sector. Its work involves graphic design and web design alongside interior projects and furniture design.

The firm was incorporated in October 2025 under company number 16787886. Beyond these core functions, the business provides services related to fashion design and jewellery design. Documentation filed in June 2026, following an allotment of shares in the same month, identifies Instalco Nordic Ab as a person with significant control. This corporate entity now holds an ownership stake in the company of between 75% and 100%.
