An estimated £1.4b funding round has valued Skl Robotics at approximately £15.4b. The London-based company, which operates under the brand Humanoid, develops commercially scalable humanoid robots for industrial applications.

The firm's primary product, the HMND 01, is designed to automate tasks such as goods handling, picking, packing, kitting, and parts-handling. These systems are intended for use across several sectors, including manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and retail.

Incorporated in 2024, the company reported a £40.2m loss for the financial year ending 31 December 2025. During that period, the business maintained a workforce of 79 employees. Both the share allotment and the corresponding regulatory filing occurred in May.
