Conduct Ai secures £39.9m for enterprise software optimization platform

An AI operating system for enterprise software is the core offering of London-based Conduct Ai Ltd, which optimizes SAP customizations by providing visibility into functionality and dependencies. The platform uses agentic AI to analyze code and configurations, allowing large enterprises to understand, manage, and modernize highly customized systems.

A recent capital raise for the company secured an estimated £39.9m, representing its total funding for 2026. Official documentation for the investment was filed in July.

Incorporated in 2024, the firm operates in business and domestic software development and reported six employees in its latest accounts for the year ended 31 January 2025. Public professional profiles currently list zero staff for the organization, which maintains its web presence at conductai.ai.

Director Sahir Azam was appointed in June, coinciding with the share allotment for the round. LinkedIn records suggest he is possibly a Partner at Index Ventures and formerly served as the Chief Product Officer at MongoDB.
