Entrepreneur First Core Fund joins Marble Aerospace as three investors exit

Entrepreneur First Core Fund has joined the cap table of Marble Aerospace Limited, acquiring 1,778 A Ordinary shares. The Chippenham based company, founded in 2016, designs and operates high speed drones for maritime monitoring and real time intelligence. Its technology serves government agencies and environmental organizations for applications in defense and national security.

The entry of Entrepreneur First Core Fund follows the exit of three previous shareholders. EF Next Stage Fund has departed the cap table, having previously held 1,546 Ordinary shares. WCS Nominees Limited also exited its holding of 1,278 Ordinary shares. WCS Nominees is a shareholder in several other UK companies, including Covatic Ltd, Septest Limited, and Echion Technologies Ltd.

SFC Nominees Limited has also exited the company, relinquishing a holding of 450 Ordinary shares. SFC Nominees is an investor in other firms such as Sensore Ltd, Leaf AI Ltd, and Plantsea Ltd.
