An estimated £1m has been raised by Ingenious Apex Limited in its latest funding round, valuing the London-based company at an estimated post-money valuation of £11.6m. This capital injection follows a series of ten previous investments.
Founded in 2021, the firm operates IEP Apex, an estate planning service that invests in portfolio companies within the real estate and technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) sectors. The service is designed to achieve steady growth for UK resident investors aged between 18 and 86, offering Inheritance Tax (IHT) cover from the first day of investment alongside a care planning service.
Financial accounts for the year ending 31 December 2024 show the company generated a profit of £233k. During the same period, the business recorded revenue of (£112.7k).
The company secured multiple tranches of capital in 2025, including a £200.9k investment in December at a £10.5m valuation and a £153.5k round in September at a £10.1m valuation. Two separate rounds in August totaled £385.9k, while July activity included four distinct allotments with valuations ranging from £8.8m to £9.4m. Earlier that year, the firm raised £195k and £152.6k in May. Documentation for this raise was filed in April.
