Ionetic secures £339k for custom battery pack platform

Vehicle and equipment manufacturers in the automotive, bus, marine, commercial, and off-highway markets utilize Ionetic Limited’s software-accelerated platform to design and manufacture custom battery packs. The Brackley-based company has secured an estimated £339k in its latest funding round, resulting in an estimated post-money valuation of £19.9m.

Incorporated in 2021, the business focuses on enabling faster and lower-cost development for its clients. This investment follows a total of £1.1m raised throughout 2025.

Financial records for the year ending 31 December 2024 indicate the company had nine employees. The funding documentation for this 2026 round was filed in June, following an allotment of shares that took place in May.
