British Smaller Companies VCTs join Zen Risk cap table as major shareholders

Zen Risk Limited, a London based cyber risk scoring provider trading as DynaRisk, has updated its cap table according to its latest confirmation statement (filed 5 June 2026). Founded in 2014, the company provides cyber risk assessments and mitigation tools primarily for the insurance sector and private users.
British Smaller Companies VCT PLC and British Smaller Companies VCT2 PLC have joined the cap table, holding 1,839,550 and 1,226,367 E1 Ordinary shares respectively. Both entities also hold stakes in Arcus Global Limited and Summize Limited. Castell Investments Ltd also entered the register with 12,024 A Ordinary shares.
Existing investor 2184236 Ontario Inc increased its total holding by 27 percent, moving from 4,596,887 to 5,847,297 shares across multiple share classes. The Shoreditch Partnership LLP, which also backs OpenBrix Ltd, increased its stake by 300 percent to reach 1,200,000 shares.
GZL Trading Ltd and ICP Holdings Ltd have exited the cap table. Other existing shareholders remaining on the register include ICP MZ Investments Ltd with 604,009 shares, WCS Nominees Limited with 370,876 shares, and Amadeus Capital Partner with 16,700 shares. The arrival of multiple institutional investors alongside stake increases from existing backers may signal a recent round.
