R42 AI and Longevity Fund joins Stamp Free cap table as R42 Seed Fund increases stake

Stamp Free Limited is an Edinburgh-based digital postage platform founded in 2018. The company provides a mobile app solution for businesses and consumers to send mail using digital codes instead of physical stamps or labels.

The company's latest confirmation statement, for the period ending 7 July 2026, shows R42 AI AND LONGEVITY FUND 3.1, LP joined the cap table with 2,354 ordinary shares. This investor also holds shares in Exseed Health Limited and Hexagonfab Limited. Simultaneously, R42 SEED FUND LP increased its holding by 126 percent, moving from 706 to 1,596 shares. R42 SEED FUND LP is also a shareholder in Exseed Health Limited. The entry of a new fund alongside a stake increase from an existing investor may signal a recent round.

These changes follow existing involvement from the R42 group, as R42 FUND 1 LP remains the largest individual shareholder with 26,960 shares.
