Potter Ventures increases stake as new investors join Autonomo

Autonomo Limited, an Edinburgh-based developer of automated checkout systems for physical retail stores, has updated its shareholder register. Founded in 2023, the company provides technology for convenience stores and gas stations to track and charge customers automatically via ceiling cameras.

Potter Ventures Limited recorded the largest change in the recent confirmation statement (filed 13 July 2026), increasing its stake by 204 percent. The investor added 5,460 Series A Preferred shares to its previous holding of 2,677 shares, bringing its total to 8,137 shares across Series A Preferred, D, and Ordinary classes.

Two new investors joined the cap table during this period. Copenhagen VC Fund II K/S entered with 4,423 Series A Preferred shares, while Odin Investments Limited joined with 637 Series A Preferred shares. Odin Investments is also a shareholder in Prolo Ltd, Amparo Prosthetics Ltd, and Qured Health Ltd. Additionally, AJOC Invest GmbH increased its position by 43 percent, adding 133 Series A Preferred shares to reach a total of 443.

The entry of multiple new investors and the issuance of Series A Preferred shares may signal a recent round. Other existing shareholders remaining on the cap table include Ente International Invest GmbH with 10,093 shares, Pyramid Ventures GmbH with 2,940 shares, and Foberanza Limited with 2,092 shares. Smaller holdings are maintained by MNL Nominees Limited, Steelhorse Capital UG, and Schroboh Capital.
