Index Ventures leads group of new shareholders at Letter Assembly Ltd

London-based software developer Letter Assembly Ltd has added more than 20 new investors to its cap table, according to its latest confirmation statement (period ending 5 June 2026). Index Ventures XII (Jersey), L.P. is the most prominent new shareholder, having taken 190,228 Seed-1 shares. Index Ventures XII Entrepreneur Fund also joined the register with 6,438 shares.
The influx of new shareholders, which includes a mix of venture funds and angel trusts, may signal a recent round. Tiny Supercomputer Investment Company III L.P. joined with 12,779 Seed-2 shares. This investor also holds stakes in Bondio Ltd and Condukt Ltd. Otherwise Angel Fund V, LP took 8,430 shares, while RV Discovery, L.P. and Betaworks Ventures 3.0, LP joined with 7,494 and 5,620 shares respectively.
Other new entrants include Golden Square I, LP (3,194 shares), a shareholder in 44Pixels Limited and Mynt Ltd, and Atomico Angel Programme V, LLC (2,555 shares), which also backs Geordie AI Ltd and Cusp AI Limited. Scout Fund VII, LP, a shareholder in Float Labs Limited and Tenth Chapter Ltd, also took 2,555 shares. The Cuervo Family Revocable Trust joined with 2,810 shares and is also a shareholder in Not Just Tickets Ltd. Crownhill Court Limited took 936 shares and also backs Deep Fusion Films Limited. These investors join existing shareholder LocalGlobe XIII, L.P., which remains on the cap table with 319,489 shares. Letter Assembly Ltd was incorporated in March 2025.
