Aldbridge Services London increases stake in AppyWay as Reply SPA joins

Aldbridge Services London Limited has increased its position in Yellow Line Parking Ltd, which operates as AppyWay, by 3,544,022 shares. The London-based technology company, founded in 2013, provides parking applications and software for consumer drivers and commercial fleets. Following this 30 percent increase, Aldbridge Services London Limited now holds 15,458,936 ordinary shares. Aldbridge is also a shareholder in Testcard Ltd.

The company's latest confirmation statement, for the period ending 9 June 2026, also shows a transfer of ownership between related entities. Reply SPA joined the cap table with 2,912,085 ordinary shares, while Breed Reply Investments Limited exited its position of the same size. Reply SPA is an investor in Reply Limited and Breed Reply Investments Limited. Sumitomo Corporation Europe Limited also exited the cap table during this period.

Several institutional investors remain on the cap table. Aviva Group Holdings Ltd continues to hold 3,890,597 shares, and Mastercard UK Holdco Ltd maintains a holding of 352,568 shares. Other existing shareholders include the Joint Trustees of the Bankruptcy Estate of Frederic Achom with 1,000,000 shares, Premier Parking Ltd with 735,000 shares, and UK FF Nominees Limited with 273,430 shares. Al Dhow Capital Holding Co. KSG, Crowdcube Nominees Ltd, and Esri Investments Limited also retain their positions.
