RSVP Ventures LLC increases stake in Harrow-based Zamin Mining Limited

Zamin Mining Limited is a Harrow-based developer of high-grade iron ore founded in 2023. The company aims to supply iron ore pellet fines to the global steel industry to support the transition to low-carbon production. Its most recent confirmation statement, covering the period to 12 June 2026, shows that RSVP Ventures LLC increased its stake in the business by 36 percent. The investor now holds 3,684 ordinary shares, up from 2,708 at the start of the period.

Four new shareholders joined the cap table during this window. ASSA PROPERTIES LLC entered with 834 shares, while RA AAGRISOL LLC took a holding of 583 shares. BRAN INVESTMENTS LIMITED and AGRISTREAM HOLDINGS also became shareholders with 434 and 417 shares respectively. These new entries and the stake increase by RSVP Ventures LLC may signal a recent round of investment.

The changes coincided with the exit of Kaizen Alliance LLC, which previously held 625 ordinary shares. SAM HOLDINGS LTD remains an existing shareholder in the company with a holding of 833 shares. Zamin Mining Limited continues its operations from its headquarters in North West London as it develops its mining assets.
