Walkaway 5 PTY LTD and O'Shaughnessy Ventures increase stakes in The Baobab Network

The Baobab Network Ltd. is a London-based accelerator and incubator firm founded in 2015 that supports early-stage tech ventures across Africa. Recent filings for the period ending 16 June 2026 show multiple stake increases from existing investors and the entry of a new shareholder. Walkaway 5 PTY LTD, acting as trustee for the TJB Family Trust, increased its holding by 133 percent, moving from 21,091 to 49,091 A Ordinary shares.

O'Shaughnessy Ventures LLC also expanded its position by 28 percent, now holding 45,056 shares. Supernova SA Limited increased its stake by 191 percent from 6,501 to 18,923 shares. Nabaat Holdings Limited, which is also a shareholder in Jem HR Ltd, joined the cap table as a new shareholder with 12,422 A Ordinary shares.

These changes may signal a recent round. Major existing shareholders who maintained their positions include Majlis Investment Management Inc, which remains the largest holder with 196,797 shares. Other entities on the cap table include Now In A Minute Ltd with 48,346 shares, Signal Hill Private Limited with 45,821 shares, and TH Fund I, a series of Grant Park Ventures, LP, with 39,962 shares. The company continues to be backed by a diverse group of investors including Creator Collective Capital (C3) GP LLP and Nakamura Investments, LLC.
