London holding company Tomfic Limited secures £2m

Published

An estimated £2m has been raised by Tomfic Limited, a London-based business incorporated in January. It engages in the activities of other holding companies that are not elsewhere classified. This remit specifically excludes involvement in the agricultural, production, construction, distribution, and financial services sectors.

The capital injection followed a share allotment that was completed in July. Mrs Carolyn Joy Bate, an individual, was notified as a person with significant control during the same month. Her position includes the ownership of between 25% and 50% of the company's shares, alongside a matching 25% to 50% of the voting rights. Formal documentation for the funding round was filed in September.
