Recircle Limited reaches £4.2m valuation following latest funding round
Published
London-based Recircle Limited has reached an estimated post-money valuation of £4.2m following a recent funding round of approximately £279.5k. Founded in 2015, the biotechnology and engineering company develops solutions to recycle both cured and uncured rubber waste into high-performance feedstocks. These materials are designed to provide circular economy services for manufacturers and brands within the rubber value chain.
The business aims to help customers reduce emissions by giving new life to valuable materials instead of using unsustainable raw materials. Financial filings for the year ended 31 March 2025 show a loss of £2.5m. While these accounts recorded 5 employees, the company's LinkedIn profile currently lists a headcount of 39 specializing in material science and rubber compounds.
This latest investment brings the total capital raised by the business in 2026 to £702.4k, following a larger total of £2m secured during 2025. Documentation for this specific allotment was filed in September (with an allotment date in August).
