A £2m capital injection has been secured by Matfic Limited, a London-based firm that was incorporated in January 2026. The company, which is registered in the UK under company number 16965123, functions as a holding entity. Its operations involve maintaining controlling interests in other companies, specifically excluding those in the agricultural, production, construction, distribution, and financial services sectors.

Mrs Carolyn Joy Bate possesses between 25% and 50% of the company's shares and an identical range of voting rights. Her notification as an individual with significant control and the share allotment for this investment both occurred in July 2026.
