Julfic Limited secures £2m investment for holding activities

Published

An estimated £2m has been raised by Julfic Limited, a London-based business that was incorporated in January. The firm operates as a holding company, engaging in the activities of other such entities not elsewhere classified. This includes managing interests within the catering, property, and transport sectors, while specifically excluding involvement in the agricultural, production, construction, distribution, or financial services industries.

Filings indicate that Mrs Carolyn Joy Bate, an individual, became a person with significant control following an allotment of shares in July. She now maintains an ownership stake of between 25 to 50 percent in the firm, alongside voting rights in the same bracket.

The documentation for this capital increase was formally processed in September.
