Simulacra Studios Limited provides strategic AI and technology consultancy services to digital firms across the UK, EU, and US. The London-based company has secured £249.9k in a new funding round, reaching an estimated post-money valuation of £2.5m.

The business was incorporated in September 2025 to assist technology companies with end-to-end consultancy. This May funding round provides the company with capital to scale its operations less than a year after its founding. The allotment of shares and formal documentation were completed this month (May 2026). The £2.5m valuation reflects the company's early-stage position in the software development market.
