Simulacra Studios Limited provides strategic AI and technology consultancy services to digital firms across the UK, EU, and US. The London-based company has secured £249.9k in a new funding round, reaching an estimated post-money valuation of £2.5m.
The business was incorporated in September 2025 to assist technology companies with end-to-end consultancy. This includes providing specialized support for engineering departments, regulatory and compliance teams, and marketing divisions. Beyond its service-based model, Simulacra Studios focuses on the internal development and launch of its own digital products and intellectual property.
This May funding round provides the company with capital to scale its operations less than a year after its founding. The allotment of shares and formal documentation were completed this month (May 2026). The £2.5m valuation reflects the company's early-stage position in the software development market.
Simulacra Studios addresses the technical and regulatory challenges faced by digital companies when implementing AI solutions. Its consultancy model is designed to bridge gaps in engineering expertise while ensuring that clients meet compliance standards in different international jurisdictions. The firm's dual approach of offering external consultancy while building internal IP allows it to operate as both a service provider and a product developer.
Based in London, the company targets clients in high-growth technology sectors. This latest investment follows the company's initial setup phase and will be used to further its product development goals and expand its consultancy footprint in the United States and Europe.
