Masdar East Anglia 3 secures £12.4m for offshore wind project

£12.4m has been raised by Masdar East Anglia 3 Limited at an estimated post-money valuation of £50.9m. Based in London, the company is responsible for the development, construction, and operation of the East Anglia Three offshore wind farm. This 1.4 GW infrastructure project is located off the coast of Suffolk in the UK and generates clean energy to power British homes.

The firm was incorporated in February 2025 and operates as a holding company. This latest share allotment took place in August (with formal documentation filed in September).

Board activity includes the July appointment of Andre-Ferreira Martin as a director. LinkedIn data suggests Mr. Martin is possibly an Asset Management Talent Specialist at L&G Asset Management.
