British Smaller Companies VCTs join Inploi cap table as holdings shift

Inploi Limited, a London-based AI hiring platform founded in 2015, updated its cap table in a confirmation statement filed on 20 July 2026. The most significant change involves the entry of British Smaller Companies VCT PLC and British Smaller Companies VCT2 PLC, which now hold 539,337 and 359,558 C ordinary shares respectively. Both entities are also shareholders in Arcus Global Limited and Summize Limited.
Blue Lake Syndicate Ltd increased its stake by 633 percent, moving from 6,811 to 49,958 A ordinary shares. Nidobirds Ventures also joined the cap table with 30,000 A ordinary shares. These changes may signal a recent round given the volume of new institutional activity.
