SquareOne Co-Invest DG joins Digital Genius as Solonpro Capital exits

Digital Genius Limited, a London-based developer of AI-powered customer service automation, has added SquareOne Co-Invest DG GmbH & Co. KG. to its cap table. The new investor now holds 2,994,144 Series A shares, according to a confirmation statement filed in July 2026 (covering the period to 5 May 2026). This entry occurred as Solonpro Capital Limited exited the company, having previously held 103,549 shares across Series A and Ordinary classes.

Founded in 2014, Digital Genius provides conversational and visual AI to help e-commerce brands automate support tickets and inquiries across various communication channels. The company continues to be backed by Runa Capital Fund II LP, which remains a major shareholder with 9,051,784 shares, and Paua Ventures Fonds 1 GmbH & Co KG with 3,907,886 shares. Other key investors continuing on the cap table include Spider Capital Partners I with 1,782,855 shares, Day One Ventures LP with 1,294,374 shares, and Lerer Hippeau Ventures IV LP with 1,041,191 shares. Salesforce also maintains its presence through Salesforce UK Limited (302,396 shares) and Salesforce Ventures LLC (215,801 shares). Additional existing shareholders include Compound II LP (872,158 shares) and Lowercase Frontier LP (422,355 shares).
