Systemiq Capital and Autodesk lead new entries to Qualis Flow cap table

Qualis Flow Limited, a London-based software developer founded in 2018, provides a construction data platform called Qflow. The platform uses machine learning and AI to digitize material and waste data from construction sites to help developers manage carbon impact and costs.

A recent confirmation statement (2026-05-29) shows Systemiq Capital General Partner II Sarl has joined the cap table with 4,268,155 Series A Preference shares. Autodesk, Inc also entered as a new shareholder with 2,234,636 Series A Preference shares. Other new entrants include Bridge Investment Group Ventures Fund LP with 446,927 shares, GAS Members (TT) Nominee Limited with 95,064 shares, Suffolk Technologies Fund 1 GP, L.L.C. with 84,846 shares, and Gravel Road Ventures Pty Ltd with 55,865 shares.

GSPV II GP Inc. increased its holding from 558,659 to 2,793,295 shares. GAS CCF (TT) Nominee Limited, which is also a shareholder in Mykor Ltd, increased its stake to 602,611 shares. Bridge Investment Group Holdings LLC exited the cap table, having previously held 446,927 shares.

The arrival of several new institutional investors may signal a recent round. Existing shareholders that remain on the cap table include Pi Labs II Limited Partnership with 1,243,457 shares, MMC GP London II LLP with 1,161,662 shares, and Grosvenor Community Investment Limited with 837,988 shares. Other investors include Entrepreneur First Next Stage L.P. with 819,031 shares and WCS Nominees Limited with 668,516 shares.
