Portfolion Digital increases stake in London AI firm Kodesage Ltd

Portfolion Digital Private Equity Fund II has increased its stake in Kodesage Ltd by 46 percent, according to the company's latest confirmation statement (period ending 25 June 2026). The fund now holds 579,716 shares, up from 396,018. Kodesage is a London-based company founded in 2024 that provides an AI-powered platform to help enterprises modernize legacy software systems and manage complex IT infrastructure.
Four new investors joined the cap table during this period. BNL Start Partners Zrt. entered with 66,370 shares. Inari Ventures II GmbH and Co. KG, which is also a shareholder in Ember by Starling Limited, took a stake of 42,392 shares. TK Management GmbH, a shareholder in Electric DB Limited, also joined with 42,392 shares. Companion-M GmbH, which backs Zenos Interactive Limited, acquired 3,532 shares.
Other changes include Loops Capital Partners Limited increasing its position by 26 percent, moving from 26,401 to 33,342 shares. These entries and stake increases, which include the introduction of Seed Preferred shares, may signal a recent round of investment. Kolibri Capital Kft remains on the cap table with 29,569 shares.
