Ingenious Real Estate Enterprises 1 secures £2.8m seed funding

Providing development and bridging finance to UK property developers for the construction of residential units is the core focus of Ingenious Real Estate Enterprises 1 Limited, which has just raised an estimated £2.8m in seed funding. This latest investment places the London-based company at a post-money valuation of approximately £24.3m.

The firm was incorporated in 2014 and functions as part of the wider Ingenious Real Estate group. It operates across England and Wales, addressing the specific capital needs of real estate projects. Financial accounts for the period ending 31 December 2024 reveal the business achieved a profit of £652.2k.

This seed round follows a total of £1.3m raised during 2025. Aggregate funding for 2026 stands at £1.3m. Formal documentation for the recent share issue was filed in March (following an allotment date in February).
