Bristow Sports Cars Ltd raises £250k at £5.2m valuation

A post-money valuation of £5.2m has been reached by Bristow Sports Cars Ltd following a new investment round. The company secured an estimated £250k to support its operations in the manufacture of motor vehicles sector.

Based in London, the firm restores original classic sports cars for competitive racing and produces continuation series. It also creates modern interpretations of these vehicles for enthusiasts.

The business was incorporated in September 2025. Formal documentation regarding the round was filed in June, alongside the completion of the share allotment.
