Published
Developing next-generation peptide-based treatments to target transcription factors is the core mission of Bath-based Revolver Therapeutics Limited, which has just secured £200k in new funding. This investment places the business at an estimated post-money valuation of £1.5m. These proteins are often considered undruggable and play a key role in cancer development.
Incorporated in 2023, the company operates in the field of research and experimental development on biotechnology. It utilizes a proprietary screening platform to identify functional inhibitors by screening millions of peptides. Its primary oncology focus initially targets childhood gliomas, though it also explores applications for difficult-to-treat adult cancers to unlock new routes to effective therapies.
Latest accounts for the year ended 28 February 2025 show three employees, while LinkedIn lists a headcount of four. This investment round follows documentation filed in June 2026 (with an allotment date also in June).
