Primorus Investments PLC exits Engage Technology Partners Limited

Engage Technology Partners Limited, a Tunbridge Wells based SaaS provider founded in 2014, has updated its shareholder register. The company develops a digital supply chain platform used by recruitment agencies and the UK Government to manage temporary labor through automation and real-time analytics.

The most recent confirmation statement (covering the period to 4 July 2026) shows the exit of Primorus Investments PLC from the cap table. Primorus Investments PLC is also a shareholder in Supernatural Food Limited. Erracht Trust has also departed as a shareholder during this period.

Major existing shareholders remain on the register, led by STM Life Assurance PCC PLC with 1,964,534 shares. Other significant holdings are maintained by Praed Holdings Limited with 280,843 shares, Barnard Nominees Limited with 172,082 shares, and UK FF Nominees Limited with 115,981 shares.
