EQUITAS APP LTD joins Screenloop cap table as several investors exit

The latest confirmation statement for the period ending 17 May 2026 shows EQUITAS APP LTD has joined the cap table with a holding of 18,417,038 shares. This total includes 9,912,346 Ordinary shares, 5,987,097 Series Seed shares, 2,366,666 Deferred shares, and 150,929 B Ordinary shares.

This entry follows the exit of several previous investors. ALL IRON VENTURES I, FCR and ALL IRON VENTURES TECHNOLOGY, SCR, S.A., both shareholders in Zenos Interactive Limited, have departed after previously holding 984,214 and 173,685 shares respectively. LUDLOW VENTURES DETROIT III LP also exited its holding of 842,108 shares. Other departures include BARCO LIMPO LIMITED, a shareholder in Mintago Limited, which held 71,888 shares, and GTMFUND, LP - A4, which held 55,748 shares. GVE LONDON LTD and STOIC CAPITAL INC also left the cap table.

STRIDE CAPITAL II LP, which backs Loci Sports Ltd, reduced its position from 3,052,643 shares to 19 shares. PASSION CAPITAL NOMINEES LIMITED remains a shareholder with 701,145 shares, alongside KCP NOMINEES LTD and SFC NOMINEES LIMITED.
