SOL JONSSON LTD leads group of new shareholders at Masters Events Ltd

York-based Masters Events Ltd has added four new corporate entities to its cap table, according to its latest confirmation statement for the period ending 1 July 2026. Founded in 2023, the company organises conferences, retreats, and programmes focused on trauma, mental health, and wellbeing for professionals and researchers.

SOL JONSSON LTD is the largest new entrant, joining the register with 661 A Ordinary shares. This investor is also a shareholder in Mint Partnership Ltd and The Planning Bee Limited. It is joined by Rawlings Farrell Limited, which acquired 125 E Ordinary shares and shares a similar portfolio including Mint Partnership Ltd and The Planning Bee Limited.

Two further entities, Colette Brown Limited and Sent Flying Limited, each took 62 shares in C Ordinary and D Ordinary classes respectively. Both companies are also listed as shareholders in Mint Partnership Ltd. These new investors join existing shareholder Impellier Limited, which holds 340 shares. The simultaneous entry of four corporate entities with overlapping investment histories may signal a recent funding round.
