OM ELITE ASSETS INVESTMENTS LIMITED has joined the cap table of Sportlight Technology Ltd, acquiring 13,063 A5 Ordinary shares. Based in Bicester and founded in 2015, Sportlight Technology Ltd develops patented LiDAR and AI-driven sports-analytics solutions for professional sports organisations, including clubs in the English Premier League.
The new entrant, which is also a shareholder in APOLITICAL GROUP LIMITED, is one of several investors to join the company according to its latest confirmation statement (ending 5 July 2026).
