Satworkers secures £14k for freelance management platform
Published
A centralized online platform for managing external talent is the core offering of Satworkers Limited, which has raised £14k in its latest funding round. This capital injection values the London-based startup at £92.8k. The system allows companies to post specific tasks and recruit freelancers while maintaining all project communications and files within a single digital environment.
The business, which operates in the software development sector, aims to solve the fragmentation often found in remote work by consolidating approvals and invoices within its interface. Beyond its primary marketplace, the firm provides support-ticket packages for organizations requiring recurring operational assistance rather than project-specific support.
The company was incorporated in April, the same month Kevin Scheirich was appointed to the board as a director. This round follows a share allotment completed in May (with filings made public in June).
