Blackstone Innovations more than doubles stake in Lemonedge Technology

Lemonedge Technology Ltd, a London-based developer of cloud-based fund accounting and back-office automation software, has updated its cap table. Founded in 2011, the company provides financial reporting and investor portal tools for private-market funds and financial services institutions.
Blackstone Innovations L.L.C. increased its position in the company by 119 percent, growing its holding from 40,110 to 88,041 shares. Blackstone Innovations is also a shareholder in Proda Ltd. This change occurred alongside the entry of Sidekick Partners 3SI, L.P., which joined the cap table with 35,214 shares. Other new shareholders include Broadhaven FF, LLC, which holds 1,032 shares and also backs Sequence HQ Ltd and Outverse Limited, and Sinai FTI Group Limited Partnership, LLLP with 826 shares.
Several existing investors also expanded their holdings. Crystal Towers Capital II, L.P. increased its stake by 361 percent to 19,369 shares. Priva PE II, LLC grew its holding by 80 percent to 12,457 shares. Sidekick Partners 3QP, LP and Sidekick Partners 3QC, LP, both of which are shareholders in Banked Ltd, increased their stakes by 48 percent to 32,408 and 6,062 shares respectively.
The appearance of multiple new investors and stake increases may signal a recent round (confirmed 20 June 2026). Other shareholders remaining on the cap table include Sidekick Fund A, L.P. with 15,458 shares and Crystal Towers Capital, L.P. with 8,924 shares.
