Founded in 2018, SugaROx commercialises bioactivator molecules delivered via foliar spray to enhance crop metabolism and yield. Its lead product targets wheat growers and other farmers, leveraging research on trehalose-6-phosphate and partnerships with agribusinesses to bring biostimulants to market.

The entry of Mosaic AG Innovations Solutions LLC follows the presence of several institutional and academic investors on the register. MNL Nominees Ltd, acting as custodian for Regenerate Ventures AgTech, remains the largest shareholder listed in this filing with 2,882 shares. Rothamsted Research Limited holds 2,822 shares, while Prism (General Partner) Ltd, as agent for the UK Innovation and Science Seed Fund LP, maintains a position of 2,035 shares.

Other existing shareholders include the University of Oxford and Oxford Science Enterprises PLC, which each hold 500 shares. Lawes Agricultural Trust also remains on the cap table with 219 shares.
