MyEdu International and Gilkes family entities increase stakes in ICTT

International Centre For Trade Transparency Ltd is a London-based trade-intelligence company founded in 2022. The firm provides an AI-powered platform called ADAMftd that analyzes customs and import-export records to help businesses and governments understand trade flows and benchmark competitors.
Recent changes to the company cap table (period ending 19 June 2026) show several existing investors increased their holdings. MyEdu International Inc. recorded the largest volume increase, raising its stake from 31 to 131 ordinary shares. Multiple entities linked to the Gilkes family also expanded their positions. Sunlake Shore Holdings Pty Ltd as trustee for The Gilkes Family Super Fund increased its holding from 170 to 220 shares, while Greater Tennyson Investments Pty Ltd, ATF The Gilkes Family Trust, grew from 30 to 80 shares. Additionally, Mosk Holding AS increased its holding from 10 to 60 shares. These simultaneous stake increases across five existing investors may signal a recent round of funding. The International Trade Council remains the dominant shareholder with 51,267 shares. Other participants remaining on the cap table include International Centre For Trade Transparency Ltd with 3,499 shares, Planix Oy with 100 shares, and Tallow Pty Ltd as trustee for the Winifred Trust with 80 shares. Dragon Gate Investment Partners LLC and Customs City Global Solutions Inc. also retain their holdings of 40 and 30 shares respectively.
