British Patient Capital leads stake increases in Quantum Motion

British Patient Capital Limited increased its holding in Quantum Motion Technologies Limited by 459 percent, growing its stake from 682,603 to 3,812,493 shares. Based in London and founded in 2017, the company develops silicon-based quantum computers using standard CMOS semiconductor processes. The change was recorded in a confirmation statement covering the period to 7 July 2026.

Several other existing investors also increased their positions. Oxford Science Enterprises Holdings II Limited, also a shareholder in Omass Therapeutics Limited and Bibliu Limited, grew its holding by 48 percent to 3,580,523 shares. Robert Bosch Venture Capital GmbH, which backs Graphcore Limited and Garvis AI Limited, increased its stake to 1,415,140 shares. Porsche Dritte Beteiligung GmbH increased its holding to 973,682 shares.

New entrants to the cap table include DCVC VII QS, LLC and Kembara Fund I FCR, each holding 292,410 shares, and Firgun Ventures Fund I SCSP with 176,056 shares. UCL Business Ltd joined with 100,000 shares, while University College London exited. UCL Business Ltd also holds shares in Synthesia Limited and Engitix Limited. These multiple new entrants and stake increases may signal a recent round.

Stitching Depositary Inkef Investment Fund exited its holding of 1,935,897 shares. Shareholders remaining on the cap table include MNL (Parkwalk) Nominees Limited with 1,025,571 shares and Octopus Titan VCT PLC with 967,943 shares.
