MAP Global Life Sciences Fund I increases stake in Duke Street Bio

Duke Street Bio Limited, a London-based precision medicine biotechnology company, has updated its cap table following its latest confirmation statement for the period ending 1 July 2026. Founded in 2020, the firm develops next-generation small molecule cancer therapies by targeting DNA Damage Repair deficiencies to improve patient outcomes.

The most significant change involves MAP Investmentgesellschaft AGMVK - MAP Global Life Sciences Fund I, which increased its holding by 29 percent. The fund added 16,467 E Ordinary shares to its existing position, bringing its total shareholding to 73,874 shares. This increase makes it the largest shareholder listed in the filing, ahead of Thames Temese Management Ltd as Trustee of Thames Trust, which maintains a holding of 65,069 shares.

Three new investors joined the cap table during this period. O'Kane Ventures Limited entered with 2,400 E Ordinary shares, while Alaia Holdings Limited and Delondra Oncology Limited acquired 1,198 and 899 E Ordinary shares respectively. The appearance of multiple new investors alongside a stake increase from an existing institutional backer may signal a recent investment round. Other existing shareholders remaining on the cap table include Sigal Family Investments LLC, which holds 10,000 shares.
