Altrincham-based Qde Publishing secures £1.4m in latest funding round

An estimated £1.4m has been raised by Qde Publishing Limited, an Altrincham-based company specialising in the publication of traditional and online computer games. This latest capital injection results in an estimated post-money valuation of £12.6m for the business.

Since its incorporation in 2024, the firm has focused on scaling its operations. Financial accounts for the period ending 31 December 2025 indicate that the company maintained a headcount of five employees. The current round contributes to a total of £2.2m raised throughout 2026, which follows a total investment of £8.4m secured during the 2025 calendar year.

Formal documentation for the transaction was filed in July, relating to a share allotment that took place in June.
