Plant-based dog food manufacturer Omni Pet Ltd has secured an estimated £575.9k in its latest funding round. Based in London, the company produces allergy-friendly dog food, treats, and supplements designed as sustainable alternatives to traditional meat-based pet products.
Omni Pet was incorporated in 2020 to address health and environmental concerns associated with the meat industry's role in pet food production. The company focuses on replacing animal by-products with plant-based ingredients to offer lower CO2 dietary options for dogs. Financial records for the year ended 30 November 2024 show the company had 32 employees, while current LinkedIn data lists a headcount of 27 staff members.
The £575.9k raise (allotted April, filed May) adds to a busy period of financing for the business. In January 2026, Omni Pet raised £200k, following two substantial rounds in December 2025 that totaled £7.8m. The company has seen its valuation fluctuate across different share allotments. In early 2025, the business reached a valuation of approximately £10m, which was a slight decrease from the £10.3m valuation recorded in December 2024. A smaller allotment of £38.4k in November 2025 was completed at a valuation of £2.3m.
Earlier funding milestones include a £1.3m round in August 2024 at a £9.2m valuation and a £90k raise in March 2024 at an £8m valuation. One of the company's earliest rounds in September 2021 raised £150k at a £3.6m valuation. Omni Pet continues to operate from its London headquarters, distributing its products through its dedicated website.
