Lowestoft software firm Globaleye Ssow secures £923k for industrial safety platform

An estimated £923.1k has been raised by Globaleye Ssow Limited, a Lowestoft-based developer of electronic Permit to Work (ePTW) and isolation management software. The investment values the firm at approximately £1.9m. Designed for high-risk industrial operations in the onshore and offshore energy sectors, the platform centralizes safety management for Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and work permits.

The company, which operates in the business and domestic software development sector, was founded in 2024. Financial records for the year ending 31 March 2025 show it employed four people.

Global Certification And Verification Limited was notified as a person with significant control following a May allotment of shares, holding between 25 and 50 percent of shares and voting rights. This corporate entity also maintains the right to appoint and remove directors. Documentation for the funding round was filed in July.
