DSW Ventures joins Northern Light Microscopy as Strathclyde increases stake

Northern Light Microscopy Limited is a Glasgow-based manufacturer of advanced modular imaging systems and microscopy solutions founded in 2024. The company develops super-resolution platforms for life science labs and drug discovery research.

DSW Ventures has joined the cap table as a new shareholder, acquiring a total of 48,927 shares. This holding consists of 27,795 A1 Ordinary, 17,124 A5 Ordinary, 4,007 A3 Ordinary, and 1 C Ordinary share. DSW Ventures is also a shareholder in Propello Cloud Ltd.

The University of Strathclyde increased its position in the company by 41 percent.
