Noq Events Ltd secures £2.6m for event management platform

Event management software provider Noq Events Ltd has secured an estimated £2.6m in its latest funding round. Based in London, the company develops end-to-end management tools and self-service ordering systems for the entertainment industry. Its technology suite includes mobile and web-based ordering, integrated EPOS systems, and payment processing.
Founded in 2019, Noq Events Ltd targets operators of festivals, sporting events, nightclubs, and food markets. The platform is also used for social and corporate gatherings to manage vendor operations and customer transactions. According to its latest accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024, the business employed 12 people.
The current investment values the company at an estimated post-money valuation of £9.1m. This follows an August 2024 funding round where the business raised £3.4m at a valuation of £10m. Previous capital injections include £888.6k raised in August 2023 at a £6.6m valuation and £274.9k in May 2023 at a £5.7m valuation.
The company has a history of multiple smaller rounds, including £80k in September 2022 at a £4.9m valuation and £995.3k in August 2021 at a £7.8m valuation. In March 2021, the business raised £116.5k at a valuation of £1.4m. Documentation for the latest funding was filed in May 2026 (following an allotment date in March 2026).
