Jasper, an AI voice concierge designed by hoteliers for the hospitality industry, is the primary product of Nevertheless Ai Ltd, which recently secured £437.5k in new funding. Based in Isleworth, the company was incorporated in September 2025 to transform guest services by providing an always-available interface in hotel rooms. Unlike generic smart speakers or mobile applications, the platform is tailored to handle specific requests for items like fresh towels, the wifi code, or room service.

The investment gives the business an estimated post-money valuation of £1.3m. According to LinkedIn data, the startup currently has one employee. The technology is intended to turn every room into a revenue centre by streamlining service delivery.

Beyond its core hospitality product, the firm offers IT consultancy, software installation, and data archiving services. This funding round was finalized following an allotment of shares in March, with formal documentation filed in September.
