London hospitality CRM platform Embargo Lifestyle raises £635k

A new funding round of £635k has been secured by Embargo Lifestyle Limited. This capital injection brings the company's estimated post-money valuation to £29.9m.

Incorporated in 2016, the London-based firm provides a digital loyalty application for customers and a CRM portal that allows restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and bakeries to manage customer data, analytics, and marketing. This platform for the hospitality sector also facilitates direct delivery and click & collect ordering services.

The business reported a headcount of 14 employees for the financial year ending 31 December 2024. This latest round (allotted in May and filed in June) follows a series of capital raises throughout 2025, including £1.2m in August at a £14.6m valuation and £1.2m in June at a £13.4m valuation.

Earlier funding activity includes a £139.1k raise in April 2025 at a £12.2m valuation and a £271.9k round in December 2024 at a £12m valuation. In June 2024, the firm secured £469.7k at a £11.7m valuation, following a £271.3k investment in December 2023 at a £11.2m valuation. Previous rounds also include £244k in September 2023 at a £10.9m valuation, £114k in March 2022 at a £10.6m valuation, and £425.8k in February 2022 at a £10.5m valuation. The company’s valuation stood at £7.7m in June 2021 after a £764.7k funding round.
