The Feltham-based firm recently secured an estimated £49.3m in new funding, resulting in an estimated post-money valuation of £2.3b. This platform provides integrated point-of-sale, menu management, and inventory tools.
The company, which was incorporated in 2024, operates in the business and domestic software development sector. It also provides broader digital transformation services, including cloud application development and data migration. Its core software product utilizes an AI chatbot to support operations for cafes and restaurants.
According to accounts for the period ending 31 July 2025, the business employed a single employee. This staffing level is reflected in current LinkedIn profiles for the IT services and consulting firm, which operates the website boosteruk.com. Documentation for the capital increase was filed in June, following an allotment of shares in May.
