Safely Systems secures £230k for hospitality AI platform

An estimated £230k has been raised by Safely Systems Limited to further develop its AI-enabled operations platform. This investment values the Colchester-based business at an estimated £2.5m.
The software functions as an all-in-one operating system for the hospitality sector, connecting daily operations such as compliance, food safety, and asset monitoring. It also manages inventory and team tasks for a variety of clients including restaurants, pubs, hotels, care homes, schools, and contract caterers.
Incorporated in 2024, the company operates within the business and domestic software development sector. According to its latest financial accounts for the year ended 31 January 2026, the firm employed two people. This funding round follows a share allotment in March, with formal documentation filed in June.
