Nanoloom secures £124.6k for graphene-based textile technology

Graphene-based fibre manufacturer Nanoloom Limited has raised £124.6k in new capital, reaching an estimated post-money valuation of £8.1m. The London-based company, incorporated in 2019, engineers high-performance fibres using nanomaterials to offer superior strength and stretchability compared to conventional synthetic or natural textiles.
These biodegradable and recyclable products are marketed to performance-wear manufacturers alongside the aerospace, automotive, defence, and electronics sectors. The technology provides lightweight and durable solutions for industries requiring specific mechanical and environmental properties.
This funding follows 2025, a year in which the business raised £292.9k. Documentation for the current round was filed in September 2026.
Financial accounts for the year ended 30 November 2025 show the company employed nine people. More recent data from LinkedIn indicates a headcount of 11 staff members. The company has previously sought investment through the Crowdcube platform to meet commercial demands for its products.
